Staff Pharmacist Supervisor (Healthcare Technology)

Location: On site at 5 Penn Center Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15205, Robinson Township. Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of pharmacists.
• Manage workload distribution, productivity, workflow queues, service-level targets, and operational performance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, development plans, and performance improvement processes.
• Use operational data and performance metrics to identify challenges and improve efficiency.
• Resolve escalated patient concerns and complex operational issues.
• Conduct quality audits and ensure accurate, compliant handling of patient information and documentation.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania Pharmacist License in good standing; additional state licensure is preferred and may be required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including management of a team of 10 or more people.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, organizational, multitasking, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong command of English and the ability to learn complex software.
• Experience using data, technology, performance metrics, and reporting to optimize processes and improve operations.
