Salary: $87,700–$114,200 annual base pay

What you will do

• Execute the hirify.global Institute research roadmap and annual research plan.
• Design surveys and research methodologies, manage external research partners, and oversee data collection, quality assurance, and analysis.
• Analyze proprietary and third-party data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable market insights.
• Author research reports, studies, data spotlights, presentations, articles, conference abstracts, and executive briefings.
• Partner with marketing, customer success, product, communications, data, analytics, and leadership teams.
• Represent the hirify.global Institute through conferences, webinars, media opportunities, and industry events.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in research, thought leadership, content strategy, insights, analytics, publishing, or a related field.
• Experience designing and managing primary research studies.
• Strong analytical, storytelling, writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into compelling business narratives.
• Experience working with external vendors and research partners.
• Comfort serving as a public-facing subject matter expert.
