IT Manager, Vision Deliver

Base pay range: $102,000–$177,100 per year

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, lifecycle plans, business value, and measurable objectives for warehouse management, distribution, and distribution-center automation capabilities.
• Lead architecture and solution governance with engineering, architecture, infrastructure, security, business, and technology-service partners.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, lead agile ceremonies and release planning, and resolve delivery blockers.
• Improve service performance, issue resolution, cybersecurity, business continuity, and operational reliability across SAP EWM, WMS, WCS, infrastructure, and integrated automation.
• Manage product economics, budgets, vendors, statements of work, purchase orders, forecasts, and cost-optimization plans.
• Directly manage 1–2 employees and oversee 3–5 contractors through planning, coaching, performance reviews, and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, supply chain, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in supply chain technology, warehouse operations technology, or a related business or technology role.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end distribution, logistics, warehouse management processes, and associated technology platforms.
• Techno-functional SAP experience, including at least one completed warehouse implementation.
• Experience owning product or platform roadmaps, backlogs, release plans, lifecycles, and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery and people, with working knowledge of cybersecurity, intelligent automation, compliance, and service reliability.

Nice to have

• SAP EWM implementation, SAP S/4HANA, Exacta or another WCS, WES, and warehouse automation technologies such as RFID, voice enablement, conveyors, and goods-to-person solutions.
• Experience in regulated healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or consumer-products distribution, including GxP or SOX controls.
• Experience with vendor and financial management, multi-site technology deployment, and collaboration with distribution operations, process engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, Quality, and shared technology services.
