Wellness Nurse (LPN) Part Time

Location: Linwood, New Jersey, USA; onsite

Salary: $32.00–$36.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide direct nursing care and promote the health, safety, and holistic well-being of residents.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments and maintain clinical quality assurance.
• Assist with training and monitoring medication administration.
• Supervise care staff in accordance with state regulations and community policies.
• Deliver resident services aligned with company standards and mission.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current LPN license.
• Experience with residents who have Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations, nursing practices, techniques, and methods.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use Microsoft Office, including Windows, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, and perform other physical duties; ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
• At least two years of experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health, or a hospital setting is preferred.
