Director, Trauma & Evidence Based Interventions - Foster Care

Location: Remote-MO, United States; requires 20–25% travel for in-person trainings.

Salary: $118,400–$219,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide national expertise on foster care populations, treatment, and service needs.
• Deliver TF-CBT and other evidence-based training to foster care clinicians nationwide.
• Participate in national committees, trainings, speaking engagements, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Develop learning collaboratives and consultation opportunities for clinicians participating in TF-CBT.
• Lead workgroups creating a mental health assessment toolkit covering PTSD, sexual abuse, and trauma.
• Build relationships with stakeholders in new and existing markets and manage staff-related workgroups.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of direct clinical intervention experience with youth in foster care.
• Current certification by TF-CBT developers to train TF-CBT is required.
• Current licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or equivalent independently licensed behavioral health clinician.
• Experience with TF-CBT learning collaboratives and previous management experience, including hiring, training, work assignment, and performance management.
• Ability to travel 20–25% for in-person trainings.
