Sr Analyst, Technology Ops

Location: Fort Mill/Charlotte, United States; hybrid role with in-person support through the Tech Stop. The role also includes redesigning and implementing the Tech Stop facility in San Diego.

Salary: $39.37–$65.61 per hour

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day operations and staffing of the internal, in-person Tech Stop.
• Provide walk-up technology support and equipment services to employees.
• Coordinate technical support activities with Desktop Technical Support, Service Desk, Customer Care, and other Information Technology teams.
• Lead the redesign and implementation of the Tech Stop facility in San Diego.
• Develop customer education campaigns and promote adoption of self-service technology tools.
• Create equipment-delivery processes, technical communications, instructional materials, and support documentation, and deliver training sessions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a service-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated experience delivering customer service.
• Experience developing and executing communications campaigns.
• Experience creating technical documentation and written communications.
• Experience delivering training or educational programs.
• Ability to provide in-person support through the Tech Stop in the Fort Mill/Charlotte location.
