Salary: $154,000–$258,000 expected starting range; $154,000–$290,000 national range per year

What you will do

• Develop, refine, and manage investment strategies backing hirify.global Financial liabilities in partnership with investment, treasury, and risk teams.
• Lead hedging, balance sheet optimization, asset allocation, liquidity risk management, and asset warehouse allocation across multiple product lines.
• Build quantitative risk frameworks and provide modeling and forecasting for investment income, capital, liquidity, reserves, and related actuarial decisions.
• Advise valuation, accounting, tax, actuarial, CFO, and business product teams on asset selection, reinvestment, disinvestment, and asset-related decisions.
• Represent ALM in the Asset Liability Committee, enterprise risk forums, regulatory interactions, and strategic planning sessions.
• Lead and mentor ALM professionals and analysts while driving reporting modernization and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in finance or a quantitative field.
• 10 or more years of experience in investments and/or asset liability management within financial services.
• Experience leading people and investment- or finance-related projects.
• Strong knowledge of fixed income, equity, alternative, and derivative asset classes, insurance products, capital markets, risk management, and insurance capital frameworks.
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• FSA, ASA, or CFA designation preferred.
