Language Alignment & Resource Partner - Freelance AI Trainer Project (AI)

Location: United States of America; remote workplace

Service fees: $10–$65 per hour, with the final rate determined by experience, expertise, and geographic location.

What you will do

• Review, annotate, and test AI outputs for grammatical accuracy, naturalness, and cultural context.
• Perform quality assurance and identify subtle cultural errors or unnatural phrasing in the target language.
• Analyze task quality trends and develop educational resources and feedback documentation.
• Provide native-level language vetting and specialized linguistic consultation during project scaling and production.

Requirements

• Experience or education in linguistics, education, or another field requiring high attention to linguistic detail.
• Prior tangible experience in human data evaluation or annotation.
• English proficiency at C1 or C2 level.
• Ability to transform raw feedback and quality trends into structured, actionable educational resources.
• Native-level language awareness and the ability to identify subtle unnatural phrasing.
• Availability to work remotely from the United States.
