What you will do

• Review, annotate, and test AI outputs for Polish grammatical accuracy, naturalness, and cultural context.
• Identify and correct subtle cultural errors, awkward phrasing, and potential bias during production.
• Analyze task quality trends and develop structured educational resources and feedback documentation.
• Provide native-level Polish language vetting and specialized linguistic consultation during project scaling.

Requirements

• Demonstrable work or educational experience in linguistics, education, or another field requiring strong linguistic attention to detail.
• Prior tangible experience in human data evaluation or annotation.
• Polish proficiency at C1 or C2 level.
• Ability to transform raw feedback and quality trends into actionable educational resources.
• Meticulous attention to linguistic and cultural nuance, including subtle unnatural phrasing in Polish.
