Lead Full-Stack AI Engineer

What you will do

• Lead the technical direction and architecture of full-stack applications integrating AI services.
• Build scalable Python backend services and interactive frontend interfaces using modern frameworks.
• Design and maintain data pipelines, agentic workflows, RAG systems, and LLM integrations.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and promote engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and QA to turn requirements into technical roadmaps and software.
• Evaluate emerging AI and web technologies, including SLMs, agentic AI, and multimodal models.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong Python backend experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Frontend experience with React, Vue, or Angular; TypeScript is preferred.
• Hands-on AI and LLM experience, including RAG and LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with REST, GraphQL, real-time interfaces, relational and vector databases.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, containerization, automated testing, and strong technical communication.
