Lead Full-Stack AI Engineer

What you will do

• Lead the technical direction and architectural decisions for full-stack applications integrating AI services.
• Design and build scalable Python backend services and interactive interfaces with React, Vue, or Angular.
• Architect data-processing pipelines, agentic workflows, RAG solutions, and LLM integrations.
• Drive code reviews, engineering best practices, automated testing, CI/CD, and containerization.
• Mentor junior and senior developers and collaborate with Product Management, Design, and QA.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, including SLMs, agentic AI, and multimodal models.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in technical leadership.
• Strong Python backend expertise with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Modern frontend experience with React, Vue, or Angular; TypeScript preferred.
• Hands-on AI and LLM experience, including RAG and LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with REST, GraphQL, real-time interfaces, relational databases, and vector databases.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
