What you will do

• Assess and deliver acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
• Evaluate build, buy, or partner strategies and develop target pipelines.
• Build and review valuations, financial models, business cases, and returns analyses.
• Coordinate commercial, financial, legal, operational, technology, and regulatory due diligence.
• Manage transaction plans, governance, advisers, workstreams, and data room processes.
• Prepare executive and Board-level papers, support integration planning, and track post-close value.

Requirements

• Proven experience in corporate development, M&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or strategic finance.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, business case development, and commercial assessment skills.
• Experience managing complex projects, due diligence, and multiple workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience in technology, telecommunications, or infrastructure is desirable.
• Relevant degree or professional finance qualification such as an MBA, CFA, accounting, or corporate finance qualification is desirable.

Nice to have

• Experience with integration planning or post-close value tracking.
• Familiarity with data rooms, market research tools, financial analysis platforms, and governed AI-assisted research.
