Senior Software Engineer - Prism - Security

Location: Spain

Salary: €67,000–€106,000 per year base salary, with no variable compensation component.

hirify.global develops the hirify.global Search AI Platform for search, security, and observability across structured and unstructured data.

What you will do

• Own small-to-medium projects from technical design through production, including data modeling, background tasks, and APIs.
• Build systems that power the Entity Store, entity risk scoring, entity resolution, and data maintenance for hirify.global Security.
• Profile and optimize queries, resolve timeouts, and design reliable systems for varied customer topologies.
• Write TypeScript and React code, developing Node services and APIs where needed.
• Build telemetry, tests, and safeguards for predictable production behavior.
• Review code, support teammates, and collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Kibana, hirify.globalsearch, ES|QL, and Support.

Requirements

• Several years of experience building and maintaining production software.
• Deep TypeScript and JavaScript expertise, especially with React and Node.
• Experience leading projects from conception through deployment.
• Ability to use AI to accelerate development, debug complex systems, and optimize code while owning final outcomes.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across functions and distributed teams through asynchronous, direct, and transparent communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kibana, hirify.globalsearch, or hirify.global Security.
• Experience with SIEM or UEBA.
• Knowledge of performance profiling and optimization techniques.
• Experience building AI-assisted or agent-guided workflows with human controls.
