What you will do
- Support inventory analytics and reporting using Power BI, Excel, SAP, and other digital tools.
- Monitor inventory targets, service levels, excess inventory, backorders, and inventory health indicators.
- Prepare dashboards, scorecards, and reports for leadership reviews and operational meetings.
- Analyze trends and scenario data related to lead times, demand variability, inventory policies, and network changes.
- Support inventory governance, data validation, documentation, action-plan tracking, and data quality.
- Collaborate with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics, Finance, Commercial, and regional teams on optimization and digitalization projects.
Requirements
- Completion of the undergraduate freshman year at an accredited university.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, data analytics, operations management, finance, or a related field.
- Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and large-dataset analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and English.
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States without current or future employment visa sponsorship is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI, Power Query, SQL, Python, data visualization, SAP, ERP systems, or supply chain planning.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles.
- Previous internship, co-op, academic project, or leadership experience.
