Auto Repair Specialist (Automotive)

Hourly rate: $29.60–$44.40 per hour

What you will do

• Diagnose and complete mechanical and cosmetic repairs across vehicle systems.
• Inspect vehicles against hirify.global Quality Standards and perform state inspections when required.
• Manage repair orders, including labor, parts, and billing documentation.
• Use proprietary and universal software systems to support repair operations.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace in line with hirify.global 5S and EH&S standards.
• Provide technical expertise and support to associates and managers across the store.

Requirements

• Complete hirify.global New Associate Orientation and Kronos Training for Hourly Associates.
• Read, interpret, and accurately transcribe data for record-keeping.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with customers.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods in office and outdoor environments.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required and follow uniform standards.
• Maintain applicable ASE certifications in automotive systems where required by state or local law.
