SLS Technical Specialist II (Filtration)

Location: On-site in Diadema, São Paulo, Brazil; ability to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 50%.

What you will do

• Lead technical evaluations, investigations, trials, and validation activities at customer sites.
• Provide filtration and process expertise to customers and commercial teams.
• Manage complex technical projects from opportunity qualification through implementation.
• Deliver technical presentations, customer training, and workshops.
• Mentor colleagues and act as a technical resource across the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical, applications, process engineering, quality, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Fluent Portuguese and English required.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel domestically and internationally required.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting breweries, beverage, dairy, protein, or adjacent Food & Beverage markets.
• Knowledge of filtration, separation, clarification, membrane, or bioprocess technologies.
• Experience driving customer satisfaction and business growth through technical excellence.
