What you will do

• Greet and room patients while creating a welcoming patient experience.
• Measure and document vital signs, patient history, and clinical information.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist providers during patient visits.
• Perform phlebotomy and collect blood and urine samples.
• Support front-office administration, clinical workflows, and accurate documentation.
• Provide compassionate, concierge-level patient service and exercise sound clinical judgment within the role's scope.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• Completion of a formal Medical Assistant program plus at least 2 years of recent Medical Assistant experience; or at least 3 years of recent experience gained through on-the-job training; or relevant military medic experience.
• Strong patient care, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered clinical environment.

Nice to have

• Phlebotomy experience.
