Operations Specialist (Waste Management)

What you will do

• Manage waste pickup and equipment delivery schedules, process invoices, and coordinate driver routes.
• Work with dispatchers on routing and resource allocation and conduct daily driver debriefs.
• Respond to customer questions and complaints related to waste collection and recycling services.
• Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, route delays, office system issues, and software problems.
• Monitor waste collection and recycling data, maintain operational records, and generate KPI reports.
• Manage inventory, coordinate with other departments, and improve operational workflows.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience with data analysis and operational reporting.
• Familiarity with waste and recycling regulations and practices.
• Knowledge of relevant software and operational systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
