Location: Columbus, Ohio, USA. Employees must be available to work onsite at a client location or hirify.global office as requested; remote work is permitted when compatible with hirify.global and client needs.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver enterprise systems and MuleSoft integrations in project-based consulting engagements.
• Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable MuleSoft solutions across the full Software Development Lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
• Act as a technical advisor by managing architectural scope, aligning solutions with business goals, and guiding technical decision-making.
• Create architecture deliverables, reusable accelerators, standards, and best practices for API-driven, microservice, event-driven, cloud, and serverless solutions.
• Mentor architects and developers through architecture reviews, communities of practice, and knowledge sharing.
• Support technical pre-sales through solution design, estimation, and delivery scoping.

Requirements

• Authorization to work directly for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship is required.
• 10+ years of software development experience and high-level architectural experience with MuleSoft 4.x.
• Project experience with MuleSoft integrations, Mule applications in Anypoint Studio, API design, Anypoint Exchange, and RAML.
• Applied API development experience with REST and/or SOAP, plus extensive knowledge of integration patterns.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday, or Oracle ERP.
• Knowledge of microservice architectures, monitoring tools, relational and NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, enterprise security, and production LLM applications.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
• Experience with prompt engineering, MCP, RAG, agentic AI architectures, conversational UX, and prompt evaluation metrics.
• Practical experience with LangChain, n8n, Pydantic, vibe coding, and multi-agent systems.
