Loan Sales Specialist

Location: Lakewood, Colorado, United States; on-site

Salary: $20.00–$24.00 per hour, plus performance-based additional compensation.

What you will do

• Listen to customer needs and present tailored financing solutions throughout the loan life cycle.
• Manage loan applications, customer communications, and collections activities.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Educate customers about loan terms, options, and optional insurance products.
• Meet individual and branch goals while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide timely, empathetic service while adapting to changing priorities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work on site in Lakewood, Colorado.
• Availability Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours or Saturday work.

Nice to have

• Experience in sales, collections, or customer service.
• Bilingual Spanish communication skills.
