Program Security Representative (PSR) II

Location: Arlington, Virginia; onsite workplace. Travel within the organizational geographic area of responsibility is required and may be extensive. U.S. citizenship required.

Salary: $104,040–$140,760 annually

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day multi-discipline security support for Special Access Programs, SCI, and collateral activities.
• Develop, implement, and improve policies and procedures for safeguarding classified and sensitive information.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, risks, and compliance gaps across operational activities.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews, corrective-action tracking, and facility close-outs.
• Investigate loss, compromise, or suspected compromise of classified information and prepare damage assessments.
• Brief government, military, civilian, and industry personnel on security requirements and coordinate security awareness training.

Requirements

• Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance required.
• SAP experience required.
• At least 8 years of related experience, with permitted education and certification equivalents.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area, or an associate degree plus 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of NISPOM, DCIDs, JAFANs, SAP policies, and related security guidance.
• Willingness to submit to a counterintelligence polygraph.
