Med Tech - Part Time / Per Diem

Salary: $22–$24 per hour, dependent on experience

What you will do

• Provide quality care and services to residents and their families.
• Administer or assist with self-administration of prescribed medications under RN delegation and according to care plans and physician orders.
• Maintain accurate medication records, medical documentation, and compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Provide resident care that meets individual care plans while protecting comfort, privacy, and dignity.
• Complete required medication training, in-service training, and company training modules.
• Support additional delegated care tasks and assignments as needed.

Requirements

• Current NJ Medication Aid Certification required.
• NJ CNA or HHA Certification required.
• At least six months of experience working with seniors in assisted living, home health, hospital, or long-term care is preferred.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, communicate, and perform fine and gross motor activities during resident care.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds and use proper body mechanics.
