Associate, Compensation Forecasting & Budgeting

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Prepare monthly compensation expense forecasts, reporting, consolidation, and analysis.
• Create materials and insights for senior leadership.
• Support annual compensation budgeting and long-term planning.
• Develop ad hoc analyses and projects related to compensation forecasting.
• Map business processes and implement process improvements.
• Troubleshoot and implement solutions across Human Capital and Finance platforms, collaborating with Strategic Finance, Human Capital, Compensation Finance, Corporate Technology, and broader Finance teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience combining data analysis, financial reporting, and systems work.
• Experience administering Adaptive, OneStream, or similar enterprise performance management systems and creating reports.
• Strong data-handling and reporting skills with excellent Excel knowledge.
• Understanding of finance and accounting processes, with an interest in compensation structures and design.
• Analytical and logical approach to developing solutions, identifying problems, and resolving them efficiently.
• Proven ability to execute transformational projects and independently carry assignments through to completion.
