Lead Application Developer (.NET): Building and enhancing enterprise web applications for Spectrum Reach with an accent on C#, AWS services, user interfaces, APIs, automated testing, and application quality. Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. The role requires lawful authorization to work in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

What you will do
- Lead the planning, assignment, and execution of application development work.
- Design, build, and enhance enterprise web applications, user interfaces, and data integrations.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore technical resources to analyze and resolve software issues.
- Lead unit testing, code reviews, functional and regression testing, defect investigation, and verification of fixes.
- Mentor less experienced staff and support the adoption of technical and professional capabilities.
- Improve development processes, automation practices, and application delivery while adapting to shifting priorities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant .NET web application development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Expert knowledge of C#, AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, SQL, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudFront, TypeScript CDK, and IAM.
- Strong understanding of database schemas, querying tools, APIs, web services, Agile software development, and quality assurance methodologies.
- Experience with Visual Studio, Microsoft Office, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, defect analysis, and automation opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of experience developing .NET, C#, and MVC web applications.
- 5+ years of experience with JSON, REST, and SOAP web services.
- Experience with AWS MediaConvert and Python.
