What you will do

• Lead the identification, articulation, and management of material cybersecurity risks across assigned business domains.
• Translate technical risks into business impact, trends, and risk treatment options.
• Maintain an executive-ready view of top risks and overall risk posture.
• Advise VP, SVP, and executive stakeholders and influence strategy, investment, and technology decisions.
• Build trusted partnerships across business, technology, security, architecture, IAM, vulnerability, delivery, and operations teams.
• Engage early in major initiatives to guide secure-by-design solutions and facilitate accountable risk decisions.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in cybersecurity risk management and translating security risks into business outcomes.
• Strong executive presence, communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Experience operating in complex, cross-functional, and ambiguous environments.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management, cloud security, data protection, security architecture, vulnerability management, and configuration management.
• Must have the right to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa or work authorization sponsorship.
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or technology risk is an added bonus, particularly in financial services or regulated industries.

Nice to have

• Direct experience working with executive leadership and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Experience building or scaling BISO or embedded risk functions.
