Location: Remote, Brazil; candidates must be based in Brazil

What you will do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software for Pismo's Control Center platform.
- Build authentication, authorization, audit logging, dual approval, and other security-related capabilities.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers on customer-focused solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and estimation.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance, observability, availability, reliability, and scalability.
- Support CI/CD processes, automation, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- English proficiency at B2 level or above is required.
- Must be based in Brazil.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, equivalent practical experience, or 2+ years of software development experience.
- Experience with Golang and/or React, RESTful APIs, microservices, and production software systems.
- Knowledge of Agile development, CI/CD, DevOps, observability, monitoring, logging, databases, distributed systems, and infrastructure as code.
- Understanding of AWS services, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SSO, microservices, micro frontend architectures, software engineering principles, and design patterns.
