Technical Support Engineer (OT/IoT Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Provide post-sales break-fix support, consulting, and technical issue resolution.
• Support infrastructure design, deployment, testing, verification, and optimization.
• Coordinate with customers, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain expertise across the company’s product line and technologies.
• Create and update knowledge-base content and provide dedicated support for critical accounts.
• Reproduce customer issues in a lab before escalating them internally.

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing Technical Support Engineer or Systems Engineer roles.
• Experience with network security in support, design, consulting, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of Unix systems, virtualization, scripting, API integrations, networking, and security protocols.
• Experience installing, configuring, and operating security appliances in large, complex environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills, with solid written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of information security principles, FreeBSD, PostgreSQL, and ICS security projects; a degree or equivalent experience in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
