Senior Compliance Analyst (Crypto)

Company

OKX operates a crypto exchange and develops OKX Wallet and other blockchain products for retail and institutional users.

What you will do

• Draft, maintain, and advise on local compliance policies and procedures under Brazilian regulations.
• Review KYC/KYB and CDD/EDD escalations related to customer onboarding and transaction monitoring.
• Monitor customer activity, investigate suspicious behavior, and prepare financial crime reports when required.
• Support the design, implementation, and oversight of the Global Compliance Program.
• Advise Product, Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders on complex local compliance matters.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify process gaps, improve reporting, and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in AML/FT and sanctions compliance within traditional financial services, fintech, or crypto exchanges.
• Strong understanding of Central Bank of Brazil regulatory requirements and financial crime prevention.
• Experience leading KYC/KYB and CDD/EDD processes and conducting investigations.
• Strong analytical, research, due diligence, communication, and presentation skills.
• Portuguese and English proficiency, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Advanced compliance degree or certification, such as PQO-Compliance, ACAMS, or ICA.
• Familiarity with global work environments and the crypto industry.
