Project Coordinator (Steel Fabrication)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary customer contact and liaison between business and technical project teams.
• Set and manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, contingencies, and scope requirements.
• Analyze, document, and communicate requirements across detailing, bill of materials, engineering, and plant teams.
• Maintain project folders, update Epicor with revisions and schedule changes, and prepare project status reports.
• Submit calculation and drawing packages for customer approval and review fabrication drawings for fabrication-only projects.
• Coordinate anchor bolt orders, customer plant visits, large-scale deliveries, and resolution of field and plant issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology or a related field is preferred; equivalent education, training, or experience may be considered.
• Excellent communication, organization, customer service, and time management skills.
• Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings.
• Ability to deliver quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Ability to work on-site in Pineville, Louisiana.

Nice to have

• Experience in the steel fabrication industry.
• Experience with Epicor.
