Focus on coordinating critical work scopes, resolving execution challenges, tracking performance, and maintaining continuity between offshore hitches.
Location: Broussard, Louisiana, US — onsite work with periodic offshore visits

What you will do
- Coordinate offshore fabric maintenance activities and critical work scopes for assigned deepwater assets.
- Manage offshore logistics, personnel movements, personnel-on-board requirements, materials, equipment, and execution support.
- Act as the primary liaison between offshore teams, inspectors, engineers, planners, contractors, and onshore support functions.
- Drive execution readiness, continuity between offshore hitches, and resolution of operational constraints.
- Lead bi-weekly schedule and performance reviews, tracking schedule attainment, downtime, labor utilization, and plan-versus-actual results.
- Support safety, quality, compliance, post-job reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience coordinating offshore fabric maintenance activities.
- Strong knowledge of fabric maintenance, coatings, insulation, and asset integrity programs.
- Experience working with offshore operations, inspection teams, engineering disciplines, and contractors.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards, offshore logistics, and maintenance execution processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP or other CMMS platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
- AMPP/NACE, ICorr, FROSIO, or similar industry certification.
- PMI, APMP, or equivalent project management certification.
