Customer Operations Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Must reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA

Compensation: $19 – $21 per hour plus equity and commission opportunities

What you will do

• Provide exceptional support to customers by identifying coverage gaps and relevant discounts.
• Handle inbound calls regarding auto, home, and motorcycle insurance policies.
• Deepen product knowledge to match customers with the best insurance providers.
• Solve complex problems to remove barriers between customers and the right coverage.
• Process service requests including vehicle updates, driver changes, and policy documentation.
• Provide feedback to the product team to help improve the app experience.

Requirements

• Must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to obtain a P&C insurance license (company-paid).

Nice to have

• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality.
