NetSuite Lead Consultant (NetSuite ERP)

Location: Remote anywhere in the United States, with some travel to client sites. Preference for candidates in or around Fargo, Minneapolis, Denver, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, San Ramon, Menlo Park, Pasadena, Fresno, Rancho Cucamonga, Laguna Hills, or Irvine. Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of NetSuite implementation projects within the Financial Excellence Vertical.
• Advise clients on business processes, accounting systems, and tailored NetSuite solutions.
• Manage project execution, issue resolution, communication, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Build client relationships and monitor satisfaction KPIs throughout each engagement.
• Coordinate resource assignments, team productivity, training plans, hiring needs, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop documentation and implementation best practices while communicating escalations and improvement opportunities to ERP practice leaders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of NetSuite ERP experience, including end-to-end implementations.
• Current and active CPA license.
• Experience leading client-facing engagements as a NetSuite accounting and process consulting subject matter expert.
• Strong record of internal and external client satisfaction.
• Outstanding presentation, written, verbal, listening, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work with teams across multiple time zones, departments, and countries.
