Agentic UX Designer (Contract)

Location: Remote, preferred candidate based in Canada; working hours should align with ET or PT.

What you will do

• Map hundreds of brand-building jobs-to-be-done across 30 legacy tools.
• Define a unified information architecture and intuitive agentic user flows.
• Build high-fidelity, functional prototypes using Claude, v0, Anima, or similar tools.
• Audit the legacy design system and contribute to component libraries and interaction patterns for agentic AI workflows.
• Run and analyze rapid usability testing through Maze.
• Facilitate design reviews and align product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience designing complex software, SaaS platforms, or agentic and AI-driven workflow environments.
• Proficiency with code-generating rapid prototyping tools such as Claude, v0, Anima, or code-based Figma workflows.
• Strong information architecture and user-flow design skills for fragmented, multi-tool systems.
• Familiarity with design systems and interaction patterns including chat, autonomy, canvas, and mixed modality.
• Hands-on experience with quantitative or qualitative user research platforms such as Maze.
• Client-facing communication skills and confidence presenting design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
