Operations Manager (AI)

Location: Dublin, Ireland — hybrid, 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Investigate recurring operational problems, identify root causes, define KPIs, and present findings to Director- and VP-level leadership.
• Scope, build, test, launch, and own workflow automations across Jira, HubSpot, Pipedream, Tines, and Scriptrunner.
• Lead cross-functional projects from definition through delivery with Underwriting, Product & Engineering, and Sales.
• Identify inefficiencies spanning multiple business units and contribute to the team roadmap.
• Build AI-enabled workflows using tools such as Claude and Tines AI Agent actions for ticket triage, routing, and fraud detection.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
• Demonstrated ownership of workflow automations from scoping through launch using Jira, HubSpot, Pipedream, Tines, Scriptrunner, or similar tools.
• Experience independently leading cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders outside the immediate team.
• Hands-on SQL experience and knowledge of Python or another scripting language.
• Required experience applying AI tools such as Claude or Cursor to create working code or automations.
• Ability to work from the Dublin office 3 days per week.
