Communications Senior Associate (iGaming)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid

Salary: $74,000–$92,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Support communications and public affairs strategies for marketing, Responsible Gaming, and Community Impact initiatives.
• Plan and deliver internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, town halls, leadership communications, speeches, and talking points.
• Draft and edit announcements, newsletters, presentations, FAQs, messaging documents, briefing notes, and other communications materials.
• Partner with Brand, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Responsible Gaming, Government Relations, and Commercial teams on internal and external narratives.
• Manage media inquiries, coordinate interview requests, and support proactive media relations.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and media coverage, providing updates and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience.
• Professional communications experience with excellent writing and communication skills.
• Existing media relationships and proven experience working with press.
• Ability to adapt communications for different audiences using multiple channels and mediums.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Toronto, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience in Community Impact, Responsible Gaming, Government Affairs, or Corporate Social Responsibility.
