What you will do
- Design internal platforms and partner-facing back-office tools for complex operational workflows.
- Define design strategy, research briefs, methodologies, and measurable product outcomes.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and operational stakeholders to resolve competing priorities and business constraints.
- Create workshops, wireframes, prototypes, interaction patterns, and detailed implementation specifications.
- Scale design-system guidelines and maintain consistency, accessibility, terminology, and navigation across products.
- Mentor peer designers, improve design processes, and evaluate released solutions through metrics and qualitative feedback.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience as a Product Designer, particularly with complex B2B platforms, internal tools, or operational software.
- Strong UX/UI skills covering ambiguous workflows, data-heavy interfaces, multi-step operational logic, and evidence-based design.
- Experience with user research, prototyping, design strategy, and full-stack design systems for complex web applications.
- Solid understanding of web constraints, data models, APIs, and collaboration with engineering teams.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
- Willingness to travel to other corporate offices when required.
Nice to have
- Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with pre-owned e-commerce, circular economy platforms, or resale operating systems.
