What you will do

• Serve as a trusted point of connection in the financial center and create seamless customer experiences.
• Identify customer financial goals through purposeful questions and active listening.
• Guide customers through account selection and opening, transactions, and relevant banking products and services.
• Manage and grow customer relationships through proactive follow-up, outreach, referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Connect customers with Mortgage, Business Banking, Wealth, and other specialized partners.
• Support financial center operations while meeting customer experience, growth, and financial wellness goals.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a people-focused approach.
• Ability to lead meaningful financial conversations and align customer needs with suitable solutions.
• Detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and able to use Microsoft Office and department-specific software.
• Ability to work as part of a team and with on-site equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred.
