Production Associate, Consumables (Manufacturing)

Location: DeLand, Florida, United States; on-site role. Schedule: 1st shift, 4:50 a.m.–3:20 p.m., Monday–Thursday.

What you will do

• Set up and operate equipment to produce components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
• Follow blueprints, engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Work under supervisor or experienced-operator direction with limited supervision.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs.
• Collect process data for Engineering and support safe, efficient Consumables Department operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of production or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for at least 10 hours.
• Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work on site in DeLand, Florida, on the stated first-shift schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience operating corrugating or pleating equipment.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, or schematics.
• Experience using scorecards or other process-tracking tools.
