Working Student Mechanical Engineering

hirify.global Industrial Coating Solutions develops industrial coating systems for powder coatings, liquid paint, adhesives, sealants, and food and beverage container production.

What you will do

• Support the design and development of mechanical components and assemblies.
• Create and update 3D CAD models, technical drawings, and bills of materials.
• Assist with prototype assembly, product testing, validation, and measurement activities.
• Prepare test setups, document procedures and results, and analyze test data.
• Maintain technical documentation and support engineering changes and product improvements.
• Coordinate technical tasks with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and other departments.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Product Development, or a related technical field.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical design, product development, manufacturing principles, and technical drawings.
• Experience with 3D CAD software, preferably SolidWorks, is advantageous.
• Basic experience with prototype assembly, product testing, validation, measurement equipment, data analysis, and visualization is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Good written and spoken English is required; German language skills are advantageous.
