Director of Health and Wellness (Senior Living)

Location: Northbrook, Illinois, USA; onsite role

Salary: From USD 150,000 per year; $10,000 sign-on bonus

What you will do

• Direct the health and wellness program and oversee care delivery for assisted living residents.
• Coordinate care conferences and act as a liaison between residents, families, and staff.
• Manage clinical budgets, labor costs, supplies, staffing schedules, and daily assignments.
• Complete resident assessments, evaluations, service plans, care plans, orientations, and clinical documentation reviews.
• Plan and monitor staff training, in-services, regulatory compliance, incident reporting, and mock surveys.
• Provide 24/7 on-call clinical support and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Experience managing a clinical team in a senior living or hospital setting.
• Current LPN/LVN or RN license required.
• Experience managing and developing complex teams and coordinating multiple high-level tasks.
• Experience with EMR/EHR clinical documentation systems.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to maintain CEUs and other state requirements, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff.
