Supervisor, Forensic Investigations and Compliance (Life Sciences and Healthcare)

Salary: $85,100–$161,700 per year, plus discretionary bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead and support forensic investigations, compliance, risk advisory, and internal controls engagements.
• Analyze financial, operational, and transactional data to identify risks, trends, and compliance concerns.
• Evaluate internal control design and operating effectiveness, perform compliance testing, and assess regulatory and third-party risks.
• Conduct business process reviews, identify control gaps and inefficiencies, and develop practical recommendations.
• Prepare client-ready reports and presentations while serving as a key client and engagement-team contact.
• Coordinate workstreams, manage multiple engagements, and supervise, coach, and mentor junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in forensic accounting, investigations, compliance, internal audit, risk consulting, internal controls, or business process improvement.
• Experience with internal control evaluation, testing procedures, compliance assessments, and risk documentation.
• Strong analytical, investigative, critical-thinking, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate complex findings to varied stakeholders.
• Entry-level candidates requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future are not eligible.

• Experience leading workstreams, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior professionals.
