Senior Fullstack Engineer (Codegen)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; in-office five days a week, remote is not an option

Salary: $190,000–$212,500 base annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain software using modern programming languages.
• Define, design, and ship features with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across programming languages and technologies.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and provide technical support when needed.
• Mentor engineers, participate in code reviews, and promote maintainable development practices.
• Contribute to product architecture and technical strategy while evaluating emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience, preferably in a startup environment.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and one or more of Python, Java, Go, C#, or PHP.
• Experience with developer tools and APIs, plus proficiency in multiple programming languages.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Ability to work in the Austin office five days per week.

Nice to have

• Deep technical expertise in SDKs and documentation.
• Experience creating technical content, including documentation and tutorials.
• Experience working in distributed organizations across time zones and cultures.
