Global Custody Registration Market Specialist

Salary: $45,000–$60,000 base salary per year plus annual target bonus

What you will do

• Support foreign investor registration, market investment approval, and account opening processes for global custody clients.
• Maintain databases tracking market registration approvals and account opening statuses.
• Prepare registration documentation, cover letters, shipping materials, and submission packages for sub-custodians and local markets.
• Maintain team files and registration kits, perform account reconciliations, and support related projects.
• Provide proactive status updates, coordinate client requests and submissions, and escalate risks affecting client outcomes.
• Contribute to initiatives that strengthen onboarding and registration processes.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree, preferably in business or finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate work under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, strong organization, and an ownership mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work from the Boston, Massachusetts location.
