Software Engineer (C#/ASP.NET Core/React)

What you will do

• Build and maintain a digital platform combining eCommerce capabilities with IT asset, cloud environment, and SHI service management tools.
• Design, implement, test, and deploy reliable and scalable software using C#, ASP.NET Core, React, and SQL databases.
• Use AI-powered development tools, including coding assistants, code-generation models, and automated review tooling.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing features.
• Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement.
• Support distributed, cloud-native systems while maintaining clean code, performance, documentation, and automated testing standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience building modern web applications with C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Experience with React or another modern JavaScript framework and relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Working knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, software architecture, SQL, ORM frameworks, TDD, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Regular use of AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Claude.
• Ability to travel 10% and communicate effectively in collaborative Agile teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS, event-driven and distributed architectures, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests and applying AI-assisted software engineering practices.
• Exposure to Python, Databricks, or Elasticsearch.
