Marketing Project Manager (Mentorship)

Location: Latvia; fully remote, with the option to work from the office in Riga

Salary: €2,700–€3,600 gross per month

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end development and execution of the subscription-based Mentorship Program.
• Build and manage the roadmap across community initiatives, educational courses, mentor programs, live events, and campaigns.
• Define and track KPIs, analyze results, and iterate to improve program outcomes.
• Partner with developers and product teams on acquisition touchpoints, user journey improvements, platform features, and technical issue resolution.
• Collaborate with marketing and email teams on customer acquisition, conversion, and merchant lifecycle promotion.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for the program.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Manager, preferably in marketing or growth.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience working with developers and technical teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects through completion in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in e-commerce, print-on-demand, or marketing is beneficial.
• Passion for supporting entrepreneurs or sellers and collaborating with mentors and community members.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
