Marketing Project Manager (Mentorship)

Location: Latvia; fully remote or in-office in Riga.

Salary: €2,700–€3,600 gross per month, depending on experience, education, and skills.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end development and execution of the subscription-based Mentorship Program.
• Build and manage a roadmap covering community initiatives, print-on-demand courses, mentor programs, live events, and campaigns.
• Define and track KPIs, analyze outcomes, and continuously improve program performance.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams on acquisition touchpoints, user journeys, platform features, and technical requirements.
• Partner with marketing and email teams to acquire customers, convert them into paying members, and deliver relevant content.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and act as the primary contact for program-related matters.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Manager, preferably in marketing or growth.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience working with developers and technical teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with technical teams, mentors, community members, and other stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, prioritization, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for empowering entrepreneurs or sellers; a relevant bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce, print-on-demand, or marketing.
• Experience supporting entrepreneurs, merchants, or online sellers.
