What you will do

• Lead complex consulting engagements and strategic change agendas across major client accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and lead C-level client interactions.
• Design engagements, oversee delivery, and ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Drive profitable growth through business development, pipeline conversion, revenue targets, and margin management.
• Scope engagements, negotiate fees, manage risks, and support pre-deal and post-deal execution.
• Develop consulting talent, thought leadership, innovation, and industry presence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting.
• Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects with multidisciplinary teams in consulting, corporate, or public-sector environments.
• Experience building and commercializing relationships with senior executives and supporting high-value business development.
• Strong financial acumen, including revenue growth and margin management.
• Deep understanding of industry trends and technology, with demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change.
