Scrum Master (Infrastructure & IT Delivery)

Location: Hybrid setup supporting teams across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia

What you will do

• Own and improve ways of working and delivery processes for an 18–19-person infrastructure and maintenance team.
• Assess the current setup and implement a practical Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, or hybrid delivery model.
• Manage backlogs, priorities, capacity planning, dependencies, delivery timelines, and parallel initiatives.
• Coordinate infrastructure specialists and dependencies across development, product, business, and global IT streams.
• Balance planned work with incidents, upgrades, deployments, migrations, operational requests, and infrastructure changes.
• Facilitate planning, refinements, retrospectives, stakeholder discussions, and the integration of Jira with ServiceNow change management.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Technical Project Manager, IT Delivery Manager, or in a similar role.
• Experience with complex technical environments involving infrastructure, platforms, DevOps, cloud, databases, or IT operations.
• Practical experience implementing or improving Agile and hybrid delivery models.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, Agile principles, backlog management, prioritization, dependencies, and capacity planning.
• Ability to structure unclear business requests into actionable work items and communicate with both business stakeholders and technical specialists.
• Technical understanding of infrastructure, cloud and on-premise environments, servers, databases, networking, VPN/VDI, deployments, DevOps, migrations, and system integrations.

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow and ITSM or change management.
• Experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or another regulated enterprise environment.
• Experience working with distributed or international teams.
