Information Security Project Manager (AI)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid work with 3 office days and 2 work-from-home days, plus WFA options.

What you will do

• Manage internal information security projects, including scheduling, resource management, tracking, and status reporting.
• Develop and execute the employee security awareness plan, including awareness platforms and phishing campaigns.
• Drive AI governance initiatives and support compliance with standards such as ISO 27001.
• Build and improve security risk management processes and controls.
• Coordinate penetration tests, manage vendors, and track mitigation service-level agreements.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and challenges to cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in information security, IT risk management, or security project management.
• Hands-on experience owning security awareness programs, running phishing campaigns, and managing projects end to end.
• Strong structuring and communication skills, including the ability to align engineering teams with business needs.
• Practical vendor management experience, including contract negotiation.
• Fluent English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of AI governance frameworks and security standards including ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIS, and CIS.

• Relevant information security or project management certifications.
