Warehouse Coordinator - Fab Building

What you will do

• Coordinate communication with customers, sites, logistics providers, and carriers to support smooth warehouse shipping and receiving operations.
• Analyze warehouse data for waste and rework, identify causes, and report improvement opportunities to leadership.
• Maintain department KPI and metrics reports, presentations, charts, graphs, pivot tables, and other data-driven tools.
• Monitor warehouse quality through process audits, floor observations, and documentation reviews.
• Resolve receiving, shipping, inventory documentation, cycle count, and inventory verification issues with Process Leads and Warehouse Operators.
• Support Warehouse Leadership with administration, time studies, process improvement activities, and required warehouse documentation.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Quality Systems Management, Business Management, or a related discipline; 2–4 years of relevant experience and training may substitute in some cases.
• 4–6 years of administrative support experience in manufacturing, warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center operations.
• Basic understanding of inventory control, operational reporting, KPIs and metrics, FIFO, and warehouse safety principles.
• Experience using online shipment tracking tools.
• Ability to perform all essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
